Melaney is NextClient's Client Services Manager.
Her responsibilities include coordinating client communications and developing client services strategies designed to optimize subscriber satisfaction and retention.
She joined NextClient in 2006 from Kansas City, MO where she had spent three years as a customer support specialist in the insurance industry and seven years in real estate property management.
Melaney is a graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a B.A. degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications.
